Business Development - Tim Hinkel

Tim has extensive experience with creating and developing products, websites and applications that create new revenue. He has experience in managing the development, life cycle and profitability of numerous products and websites.

He spearheaded the development of SECnet and the CCH WSB Online Library (fee based subscriptions for newsletters and data) products used by many of the United States top law and financial firms. These products were only available via fax, phone, and mail or courier delivery for many years. Tim worked with the writers and securities experts to change the process to enable e-mail, website searching, and online document delivery and purchasing. The online library is now available on CCH Online Store and LexisNexis.

Tim started working with the CAC basketball (adult basketball leagues for men and women) program. Since 2003 the CAC basketball program has gone from 50 players playing on Monday nights to 500 players playing 6 days a week in 3 different locations.

Tim lives in Arlington, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.

Development and Operations - Sayf Sharif

Sayf has expansive experience in creating website designs that enable the customer. He has worked with various companies and consultancies (CBS Payroll, Barnes and Noble, Event Zero) for nearly a decade to create websites and intranets.

His experiences range from design (brochures, stationary, business cards, logos), website design, applications (web forms, online calculators, online calendars, picture uploading and display) to database development (news, events, schedules).

At Event Zero he was so highly thought of as their Lead Design Developer that he controlled the design developer team. As the Lead Design Developer he also interviewed, hired, trained and mentored the incoming Designers and Design Developers. He reviewed all designs before they were sent to the clients for review.

Before creating OrcaPack, Sayf started working with Hallmark Health in 2001. During his tenure as Hallmark’s web consultant, their website traffic has quadrupled and they have won numerous PR / Marketing awards for their web and PR campaigns.

Sayf lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife, son and daughter.
